Pamela advised she was very happy with her purchase experience and in particular with John!

Pamela said one of her first stops in their search for a vehicle was Macarthur Honda and although they continued looking at other vehicles, Pamela said she already knew she was going to buy the vehicle from John due to the impression he made on the first visit.

Although John was not in on the day of handover he had organised it so well that everything went smoothly and Pamela said she was ‘very impressed’ when he called several days later to ensure all had gone well for her.

Darlene commented on ‘how very good Adrian is at his job!’  She said he is ‘a very sincere person and so is John’.   

Darlene said her daughter was with her at the time of purchase. Both Adrian and John made her and her daughter feel very welcome, she particularly appreciated that her daughter was made to feel part of the purchase as well.

Further to that she advised that at the time of her first service both salespersons greeted her and made sure everything was OK with her and the new vehicle.   

Darlene was very impressed with the level of service she was given!
